Refunds

BrainyWorkbook is a digital subscription from Brainydarts Technology Private Limited, billed at ₹999 per kid per year when you choose the paid year. There is no physical workbook and nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to send back.

To cancel, email info@brainydarts.com from the address on the parent account. Include your child's class, and say whether you want to stop the subscription or ask for a refund. We reply within 1–2 working days (India).

Start free does not need a card. You are charged only when you take the paid year.

If a payment was taken in error, or the digital access you paid for did not open, email us and we refund that charge.

A paid year that is already open — your child can practise — is the fee for that year of digital access. We do not refund unused time on a year that has been provided, except where Indian law requires it.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. In India the credit usually appears in 5–7 working days. Some banks take up to 10 working days.
